That seem to find it necessary to post headers that are ROT13 encoded???

OK I have been looking at alot of messages and headers that look garbled but someone told me that it is ROT 13. Ihave been copying and pasting messages and headers in an online JScipt decoder....is there a way to just decode headers and messages directly in Newpro???
