as to import it has changed in 3.75 so headers reenter the database. as to saving attachments you don't need to download bodies again, just select the headers and use 'save' from the context menu (alt+d). if you have to redownload for save to work - it might be newsserver or something on your side ...

I have the same problem but it is not only with import that this happens also with normal use or with search option, the strange thing is that you tyr it again (so delete bodies and download again) it sometimes will work again with the same message, sometimes you have to try 3-4 times before you can...
