The only thing I dont want to loose are my server settings, my news group list, and my bandwitch counter (Im at 315 gigs in a year, just trying to see how high I can get

is there anyway to just keep my list of news groups but delete all the headers and start from scrtatch?

In my data directory, there are 9,499 objects faking up over 3.9 gigs of hard drive space. Can I get rid of most these and keep my current groups and headers in tact? Thanks!
