I have set up several watch filters with the save option enabled. There are many headers matching my filter criteria. How do I get UE to start automatically download and save?

Long time UE user, but recently, every time I start program or just read read headers, it RE SCANS headers. Did I accidentally click something?

I expected several downloads to complete overnight. This morning, it appears that UE has stalled. I have great bandwidth otherwise but I cannot even refresh the headers as UE reports 0 bandwidth. Tried restarting the progran and rebooting the box. Is there anything else I should be looking at?
