Great,
this did the trick.
With the suggested settings I managed to download the files.
And these files needed a repair with PAR2.

download problem
Currently i'm trying Usenet explorer. Some files (not all) i don't manage to download. The (for me) strange things happen that they are pending with for example 94 % complete. If i give them a retry in the taskmanager the completion goes up and it looks like the file is actualy being downloaded. But...
