Hello

My download speed is very unstable with this last version
Normally the speed is 9 MB , but now it runs between 2 and 7 MB
When I go back to version 3.0.1 the problem is gone

Is there a solution for this problem

Greetings and sorry for the bad English

Try to uncheck the new Bypass database storage in Menu->Properties->Save/UnPack

There is different system cache behaviour in Win7 comparing to WinXP. This file resolves it.

But it also includes some other changes things which most likely work, but I'm still testing.

There is also small 3%-5% drop bypass versus no bypass (9.0MB/s / 9.3MB/s) because of hard drive speed maybe in conjunction with system caching bottleneck (I have now only data on Win7 on 80mpbs connections, in WinXP only 50kbps).

I had original idea a bit stronger than the current implementation and I'll try it here if ok it will make into the next release, what I implemented by now is a simpler solution, in the stronger solution there is no such bottleneck at all, but maybe it only makes sense for faster connections (but anyway as time goes the connection speed doesn't get any slower).

I think with connection speed around 160mbps connection gets faster than hard drive, so either hard drives will get faster (e.g. higher RPM will be the standard) or raid should be used.
