Create XPAT search group from selected groups/folders?
Would it bepossible to have Newspro automatically create an XPAT search group from the selected groups/folders? On the right-click menue in the Newsgroup pane maybe? Sometimes I like doing XPATs on the groups in my subfolders to get files that are not shown anymore due to my retention settings. This...

I used to have the specialty servers at a lower priority than the rest, but now that there are east/west versions of each specialty server most groups seem to be carried mainly by specialty servers with goliath-east/west, anonymous, and spamkiller in the mix as well. I find that just leaving them a...

While newsfeeds has had Goliath west down for optimizing Im not getting any headers with newspro even though spamkiller.newsfeeds.com is on my servers with correct name and password. With Xnews when I log on to spamkiller I get all the new headers while nothing comes in on newspro. On my servers li...

I'm not sure why you're running different priorities on your Newsfeeds servers . . . You're right, if you have a setup like that, the behavior will be just as you describe. But if you'll set them all the same, it will work the way you want it to. I know. And if there´s no way I get want I want (j/k...

[REQ] Disable header tasks on bandwidth limit
Ok, I know this is probably getting a little annoying ;). Anyway, as nobody really seems to like my idea of disabling article tasks on a per server basis, what about the same but only on reaching certain bandwidth limits. Same scenarion, I have Easynews on priority one AND use it for getting headers...

Well, that´s exactly how I´m doing it now. And thr first thing I did this morning was download the new version to be able to exclude header bandwidth. And yes, it probably isn´t THAT much. But I would really like to be able to just exclude article downloads per server. It´s just a wish, though ;). S...

[REQ] Disable servers for article downloads
Hi Alex. I would really love to see the option to disable certain servers for article downloads or maybe set article tasks on a per server basis. The reason for this is I use Easynews as a header server and Newsfeeds Premium Plus for articles and don´t want to grab anything except headers from Easyn...
