I'm using usenet for a years and never found as errors as the lastest version, even usenet explorer too.
I put some binary files in queue and when all files has been downloaded, around 90% of the files found 1-3 lines with errors (with quickpar test) some files need to be downloaded 2 or 3 times to complete these few lines.
I don't know if this problem is a bug or maybe a mistaken configuration.
Any help?
Thanks
A lot errors when downloading
Re: A lot errors when downloading
if you are sure those are not posts (probably, since when you download repeatedly you don't get the same picture) - try to disable and if doesn't help - uninstall antivirus temporarily, then check if you still have those errors.
if you download headers and the server supports header compression you should also get uncompress errors, since compressed headers download will stop as soon as the incoming data is corrupted.

Thanks Alex for your answer.
I never use antivirus.
I don't know where is the option to headers compresion, but ussually I only redownload again the same binaries files, and at last it works. I think if the problem is the headers, redownload don't be allow fix the files.

Re: A lot errors when downloading
If you use UE unpack option does it show any errors or it shows files as complete but then there are errors detected with quickpar?
I wonder if we are talking again about saving to USB drive file corruption in Win7, UE unpack should show the same errors as quickpar.
