7.6.7d keeps downloading

The latest version keeps asking to download itself every time it opens. This is 7.6.7d.

Even switching off Antivirus and running as Admin

Must be global issue...same here for three days already. tried update 5 times - no succes, message keeps coming up. Release notice says "fine tune update signaling" and indeed it does

The minor version was accidentally left from the previous version at the check for updates webpage, it will now alert correctly.
