Pending Newspro Tasks will not run

My Newspro task list shows several header tasks pending and several articles pending. There are no bars in the running sections of headers or articles. The tasks are all enabled. It is as if Newspro is frozen with respect to tasks. Curiously when I restart, Newspro starts as many tasks are allowed concurrently then freezes again.

look at server icons in the workspace window (the second 'servers' pane), maybe you see some servers reached download limit (clock on the icons), it would be consistent with the picture.

also if you have dial-up menu enabled - ensure in its dial-up properties that the 'Ignore' is checked.

there are more possibilites when only article tasks are affected (server priorities etc) but if header tasks are affected too there are less cases.

Alex - the Ignore was not set - I'd never have thought of that one - cheers

'Ignore' is default, probably you set another option while using the program with dial-up connection in the past.
