help, Unable to d/l
i havent changed any options or did anything different than my regular online checking. Im using astraweb and i was currently dowloading when it just stopped! i rebooted the pc and still cannot download anything. i have no errors popping up and can get online fine. any ideas???
errors are not shown in popup window, it could be too overwhelming.
open task manager view menu->task manager.
do you see something in the articles pane (click the articles tab)? what is the status of those tasks there?
do you see red question sign tab to the right of the articles tab? if you click it what errors do you see there?
or otherwise (error tab is still grey) check console tab, you should see some mishaps there, if select timeout it is retriable so it takes some time until an error will result.
